Adrak aam tor par daal, sag, sabzi aur chatni mein istemaal
ki jati hai sookh nay par yeh sonnth kehlati hai medicine
kay tor par is tarah istemaal kia jata hai.
Kali Khansi Dammah:
Ginger ka ras aik 60gm, honey 60gm mila kar zara sa garam kar kay pi lein 7 roz mein aaram hoga.
Kami Bhook:
Bhook achi tarah na lagti ho pait mein riyah bharay huye hon qabz rehta ho to adarak ko tarash kar rezah karein aur oper say namak chirak kar aik do mashah khayein. Bhook achi tarah lagay gi riyah kharij ho gay aur qabz rafa ho jaye gi.
Churan Hazam:
Hazmah ko durust karta hai maday ko taqat bakhshta hai dard shikam aur khattay dekaron ko azhad mofeed hai sonth aur ajwain hasb zarurat lay kar aab adrak is qadar dalein keh adoyaat tar ho jayein aur sayah(shadow) mein khushk kar kay bareek pees kar qadray namak mila kar mehfooz rakhain. Donon waqt char ratti say aik mashah tak pani kay humrah piya karein. Is churan kay istemaal say maday ki tamam kharabiyan door ho kar bilkul sehat hasil ho gi.
Dard Kaan:
Adrak ka juice 4 mashah, shead 2 masha, sendha nama 1 ratti, til ka tail do mashah pehlay namak aur adarak ka ras mila lein. Phir sab mila kar achi tarah hilayein thora garam kar kay 7 ya 8 drops kaan mein daalein kaan ka dard band hoga.
Vomiting:
Ginger aur onion ka juice mila kar pinay say vomiting band ho jati hai. Aawaz baith janay par adarak ka juice shehad mila kar chatna chahiye.
Nazlah aur Zukam:
Adrak ko cheel kar is ko bareek bareek tarash lein aur karahi mein ghee daal kar is mein bhunein is kay baad adrak kay barabar wazan khand ki chashni mein milayein aur pakayein jab qawam durust ho jaye to sonth, zirah sufaid, mirch siyah, naag kasseer, jawetri, alichi, taj, patrij, pipal, dhanya, zeerah siyah, pila mol ya barang har aik adrak ka barabar hissah lay kar koot chan kar milayein aur mehfooz rakhain.

Fasting (Roza)
Fasting (Roza) means to give up once
desires, food and drink from dawn to sun set. Fasting (Roza) is also
called Saum in Arabic. It is the third pillar of Islam and compulsory
for all Muslims. It is in the month of Ramdan when our glorious Quran
started to be revealed . If we take alook for fasting (roza) before
Islam the fasts are very long and tough. People are not allowed to talk
to each others and not allowed to answer anyones questions. In fasting
every one should do-good works such as praying regularly, ricet Quran ,
always speak truth and always try not to harm other people, and make

Ramzan ul Mubarak who mahe mukadas hai.
Jis mein Allha taala ne apne akhari rasol Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) par
apne akhri katab Quran majid nazil farmai. Ye ahal e zamin ke leye Allha
talla ki ata karda aik bohat bari nemat hai jis par wo sari zindagi bhi
Allha ke hozor sajada e shukar ada karyein to bhi is nemat ka haq ada
nahi kar sakte. Is pak kitab ko pak perwardigar ne apne akhiri tajdar
sarwar e alam (S.A.W) ke qalab e athar par nazil farmaya jo ap(S.A.W) ki
zaban e mubarak se Umat e Muslima tak phoncha aur hidayat o rhenumai ka
sabab bana. Ye Quran e hakim hi ka ijaz hai ke is ne pori duniya mein
tohid ka inqilab barpa kar deya. Quran e hakeem ki azmat ka andaza is
baat se lagaya jasakta hai ke Allah Rab ul Izaat ne is ba barkat mahine
mein ahel e iman ko roza rakhne ka hukum farmaya, warna ye hukum kisi
aur mahine ke leye bhi deya ja sakta tha. Lekin ramzan karim mein ye
hikum de kar is maha e azeem ki azmat Ka Allah Rab ul Izzat ne is ba
barkat mahine mein ahle iman ko roza rakhne ka hukum farmaya , warna ye
hukum kisi aur mahine ke leye bhi to deya ja sakta tha. Lekin Ramdan
karim mein ye hukum de kar is mahe azim ki azmat bhi waze ki aur ahle
iman ko ye bhi bata deya ke ye jashan e nazol e Quran ka mahina hai.
Isi leye ahle iman ko mazid pak aur saaf karne ke leye inhein isi mahine
ke shaya nishan mutaqi banae ke leye roza rakhne ka hukum farmaya.
Arshad e rabani ha “ ae iman walon ! tum par roze farz kiya gaye jase
tum se phele walo par faraz kiya gaye the. Ta ke tum parhezgar ban
sako.”
Taqwa Kiya Hai?
Taqwa har woh acha, bhala aur naik kaam
ha jo insaniyat ki bhalayi ke liye bhi acha aur mufeed ho aur jis se aam
insanon ka bhala ho, inhein rehnumai mile aur in ke leye bhtar aur pak
zindagi guzarna asan ho. Taqwa ka koi pemana nahi ha aur na asi koi
baat ha ke mutaqi bana bohat mushkil ho. Har shaks mutaqi ban sakta ha
,taqwa hasil kar sakta ha , bas is ke leye shart ye hai ke woh har aala
se aala aur adna se adan kaam mein bhi shariyat par amal kare aur
sharai usolon ki pasdari karye , is ka ihteram karye. Har kaam is
tarike se injam de jis tarha se Allah Ta,ala aur us ke Rasol (S.A.W) ne
hukum diya hai.Ye hi shariyat hai.
Ramzan Ke Roze Ki Ahmiyat In Urdu
Ramzan ul Mubarak ke pore mahine mein
roze rakhne ka waze hukum deya gaya ha aur sath hi ye bhi kaha gaya ha
ke agar safar mein hon to degar dinon mein in ka shumar pora kare aur
agar bemar ho tab bhi in rozon ki mafi nahiha, in ki ginti bhearhal pori
karni ha. Phair ye bhi irshad farmaya gaya ha ke :” Agar tum samjho to
isi mein tumhari bhalai ha.”
Yaha Allah taala ne kitni aham baat khe
dali jis se aik taraf to roze ki ahmeyat ka andaza ho raha ha aur dosri
taraf ye bhi malum ho raha ha ke is se Allah ki raza bhi mil sakti ha.
Yani roze rakh kar insan dohra faida utha sakta ha. Aik taraf wo kuda ko
razi kar sakta ha aur dosri taraf akhirat meinbare inamat ka mustahik
ban sakat ha. Malum hoa ke roza rakh kar insan apna bhala ziyada karta
ha. Ye theek ha ke pore mazhabi ahtiram ke sath rakha gaya roza Allah ki
bargah mein qabol ho ga aur Allah ki khushi ka sabab bane ga., lekin
agar koi insan assa nahi karta aurroza nahi rakhta to wo apna hai nuksan
karta ha. Agar kise ne bila azar sharai roza chora ke bad meinkise
waqat ya ache musam mein rakh le ga to degar dinon ke rozeis ka badal
harkiz nahi hosakte. Jab ke ramzan ke aik faraz rpze ke badle 60 rpze
rakhne ka hukum ha, tb bhi ramzan ki saadat hasil nahi ho sake gi.
Ramzan ul Mubarak chun ke Quran ke nuzol
ka mahina ha is leye Allah rab ul izat ne ye hukum bhi farmya ke ramzan
mein apni raaton ko ntilawat e Quran aur kitab e mubin ki samaton se
sajao. Alhamdolilha hafiz akram ramzan ul Mubarak ki saadat raaton mein
tarahwi ki surat mein Quran e hakim ki tilawat farmate han aur degar
farzandane tohaid in ki samaat karne ki fazilat hasil karte han. Umat e
muslima par Allah rab ul izat ka kitna fazal aur kitna ahsan ha ke us
ne hume wo roze ata farmaye jin mein rahat bhi ha aur asani bhi. Roza
siraf mukarra uqat mein hi ha. Tuloye fajar se phele hum sabhi achi
tarhan kha pi lete han/Is ke bad siraf gorobe aftab tak hi khane pene ye
in umoor se ruke rahte han jo Allah taala ne roze ki halat mein mana
farmaye han. Is ke bad jab roza khol jata ha to pjair sab kuch khane
pana ki ijazat ha aurin umoor ko anjam dene ki ijazat mil jati ha
jinhein roze ki halat mein karne se mana kia gaya tha.
Lekin agar hum tulo e islam se phle ke
rozon par nazar dalen to us zamane ke roze bhoat lambe hote the aur
halat e roze mein mutadi kaam mana hate the. Misal ke tor par baz umaton
mein halate roza mein logon se milne june ki mumaniyat thi. Wo aik
dosre se baat cheet tak nahi karsakte the, bol nahi sakye the , kise ke
sawal ka jawab nhi desakte the. Is ke aik misal Hazrat e Issa (A.S) ki
ha, jab bibi Maryam Allah ke hukum se apni god mein nomulod le kar ayein
to degar logon ne bare tajasos aur heart ke alam mein inhein dekha. Wo
sab jante the ke bibi Maryam kawari han aur inhein kabi kise marad ne
nahi chowo ha, is leye wo heran the ke is suart mein ye bacha kahan e
agaya? Chunacha un sab hi ne bibi Maryam se is bache ke bare mein
sawalon ki barmar kar di. Is muqe par bibi Maryam ne apne mun par ungli
rakh karinhein ishare se ye bataya ke:” main roze se hun is leye bol
nahi sakta,” Lekin jab logon ke sawal bharte chale gaye to bibi Maryam
ne aik bar phair ishare se kaha ke jo kuch pochna ha, is bache se poch
lo. Is par wo sab hasne lage ke bhala itna chota bacha bhi bol sakta ha.
Lekin is muke par Allah taala ne apne nabi aur in ki walda majda ki
madad ki aur Allah ke hukum se nomulod ne kaha :” main Allah ka nbi hun

ha , kaam kaj aur karobar bhi kar sakat ha, degar duniyawi umoor bhi
anjam de sakata ha, albita ye zaroriha ke roze dar halat e roza mein na
ghoot bole aur na kisi ki borai karay. Apni zaban ko har tarha ki
alodgi se pak rakhe, kise se koi ghalat baat na kahe, larayi jhaghra na
kare, aur koi is se ulhajne ki koshsh karye to ye khe kar kenara kar le
ke :” bhai main roze se hun.”Roze ki halat mein insan ko siraf ache
kaam karne chiyein, namazon ki pabandi kare, Quran hakeem ki tilawat bhi
kare aur samaat bhi. Sach bole jhoot se dor rahe. Boron ka adab kare,
Allah aur us ke rasol ke ahkamat ki pabandi kare aur khud ko pore saal
mutaqi banae ki tarbiyat hasil kare.

Politicians always portray as if democracy is the best system. In order to check plus and minus of any system one has to look both way. The best thing about democracy is that in democracy people choose their leadership themselves. If leadership doesn’t perform well they can change it themselves and bring new leadership.
Unfortunately in Pakistan social fabric is divided on many basis like language, ethnicity, cast, sect, tribe etc and illiteracy rate is very high. People willingly or unwillingly don’t become able to elect freely and brings same leaders again and again. So nation has to face only minus points of the system instead of plus points.
If plus points of the system become eroded then minus points of the system become magnified. The minus point of a democratic system is that decisions are taken not on merit but to make people happy. If we analyze current four provincial democratically elected governments. Performance wise Punjab government is best. But one can judge how major economic decisions are taken on political basis. In this ailing economy where people lack basic facilities like food, water, shelter, health, security and education, Punjab government is spending billions on roads, bridges and laptops. One can image what would be happening in other four provinces where provincial governments are much more incompetent and corrupt.
If we compare dictatorship with democracy, economy functions much better in dictatorship. Decisions are taken much faster and not only on basis to make people happy. Work flows become shorter and much quicker. Despite these plus points the weakest point in dictatorship is lack of moral and legal authority of the dictator. Other weak point is no appropriate mechanism to change leadership. Change of leadership is must for any system as it brings in fresh vision and ideas. Unfortunately in Pakistan the weak points of dictatorship always played in, dictators never tried to make a legal system and dreamed of sticking to power for their whole lives.
Looking at past history of Pakistan the right system is somewhere in between of democracy and dictatorship. We need democracy with some forceful restrictions on people who manipulate the system for their benefit.
- Restriction on leaders who are corrupt and have many cases pending in courts. If allowed they will buy votes or candidates with their black money.
- Restriction on leaders who are feudal of their area. They get elected unopposed from any party they stand. People don’t become able to vote freely as they are kings of their area.
- Restriction on becoming a PM or President again. As in good democracies nobody become a candidate for PM or president again and again. But in Pakistan we know that leaders become kings of their parties for their whole lives.
- Restriction on family politics, not more than two leaders with blood relations should be allowed in a party. Unfortunately in Pakistan whole families become involved in politics like Bhuttos, Shareefs, Lagharis, Khosas, Gillanis etc. If all party leaders fill their parties with their relatives how ordinary people will get a chance to come in politics.
- Restriction on leaders who do politics of hate on terms of language, ethnicity, sect etc. If allowed they will persuade people by creating more hate against each other as its happening in Pakistan generally and in Karachi specifically.
- Restriction on illiterate candidates. How can a person write law for others when he can't even read or write. An MNA or MPA has to do legislation. In developed countries they have 95% plus literacy rate so they don’t need any law like this.
- Restriction on use of extra money in constituencies before elections. If checked properly even as per current law, middle class candidates who can’t spend much will also get some chance to win in elections.
- We need to make police neutral like Judiciary and Army. How can they arrest the people of a ruling party for any malpractice? Police don’t have any legal cover, they get bashed for taking right decisions that are against ruling party.
- Power from provinces should be transferred to lower levels like districts and union councils via local government system. All current ruling parties gather power around them but hesitate to shift it further downward.
Without modifying democracy as per above stated requirements, only civilian dictatorship will come in one form or other and name of democracy will be misused again and again.
Politicians always portray as if democracy is the best system. In order to check plus and minus of any system one has to look both way. The best thing about democracy is that in democracy people choose their leadership themselves. If leadership doesn’t perform well they can change it themselves and bring new leadership.
Unfortunately in Pakistan social fabric is divided on many basis like language, ethnicity, cast, sect, tribe etc and illiteracy rate is very high. People willingly or unwillingly don’t become able to elect freely and brings same leaders again and again. So nation has to face only minus points of the system instead of plus points.
If plus points of the system become eroded then minus points of the system become magnified. The minus point of a democratic system is that decisions are taken not on merit but to make people happy. If we analyze current four provincial democratically elected governments. Performance wise Punjab government is best. But one can judge how major economic decisions are taken on political basis. In this ailing economy where people lack basic facilities like food, water, shelter, health, security and education, Punjab government is spending billions on roads, bridges and laptops. One can image what would be happening in other four provinces where provincial governments are much more incompetent and corrupt.
If we compare dictatorship with democracy, economy functions much better in dictatorship. Decisions are taken much faster and not only on basis to make people happy. Work flows become shorter and much quicker. Despite these plus points the weakest point in dictatorship is lack of moral and legal authority of the dictator. Other weak point is no appropriate mechanism to change leadership. Change of leadership is must for any system as it brings in fresh vision and ideas. Unfortunately in Pakistan the weak points of dictatorship always played in, dictators never tried to make a legal system and dreamed of sticking to power for their whole lives.
Looking at past history of Pakistan the right system is somewhere in between of democracy and dictatorship. We need democracy with some forceful restrictions on people who manipulate the system for their benefit.
- Restriction on leaders who are corrupt and have many cases pending in courts. If allowed they will buy votes or candidates with their black money.
- Restriction on leaders who are feudal of their area. They get elected unopposed from any party they stand. People don’t become able to vote freely as they are kings of their area.
- Restriction on becoming a PM or President again. As in good democracies nobody become a candidate for PM or president again and again. But in Pakistan we know that leaders become kings of their parties for their whole lives.
- Restriction on family politics, not more than two leaders with blood relations should be allowed in a party. Unfortunately in Pakistan whole families become involved in politics like Bhuttos, Shareefs, Lagharis, Khosas, Gillanis etc. If all party leaders fill their parties with their relatives how ordinary people will get a chance to come in politics.

You see, all of us says, "Democracy is good", "Democracy is right". But no one actually ready to define Democracy. There is a need to know, is democracy good in Islam or not? But first of all we have to understand that what democracy is?
U.S. president Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) defined democracy as:
"Government of the people, by the people, for the people"
This is one famous definition of democracy. Democracy is generally defined as a form of government in which all adult citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives. Ideally, this includes equal (and more or less direct) participation in the proposal, development and passage of legislation into law. It can also cover social, economic and cultural conditions that enable the free and equal practice of political freedom.
A very famous poet and thinker of Islam Dr. Allama Mohammad Iqbal defined democracy as:
اس راز کو اک مرد فرنگی نے کیا فاش
ہر چند کہ دانا اسے کھولا نہیں کرتے
جمہوریت اک طرز حکومت ہے کہ جس میں
بندوں کو گنا کرتے ہیں تولا نہیں کرتے

Although the wise do not open the core of the matter.
Democracy is a certain form of government in which
Men are counted but not weighed
In short, democracy is a form of government in which people have authority to make laws of their own will as representative of people "Parliament" has authority to make a law depending upon the opinion of majority regardless of standard of knowledge or qualification of any person. In 1924 when enemies of Islam destroyed the Islamic Caliphate, from that time they are striving to stop the restablishment of Islamic Caliphate in the Muslim world. For this purpose they tried to paste a label of Islamic System on democracy. Most of the muslims who are ignorant of the fundamentals of Islam understand that democracy is not against the teachings of Islam. Due to the absence of a an Islamic State (Khilafah) most of the muslims considered that democracy is good in corrival of dictatorship. So muslims adopted the democratic system to avoid dictatorship. And democracy became standard of politics and government. Muslims did'nt understand that democratic system can never replace the Islamic state (Khilafah).
Democracy is not the name of just voting, elections and to chose political leaders but a system in which law making authority is in the hands of people. It is a system in which people have right to conform or reject any law depending upon the number of votes.
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 12, Yusuf, Verse 67
"Lo! The decision rests only with Allah."
In Islam, besides Allah, no one has the right to make laws. Allah is our Creater, our Lord and he knows well that what is good and what is bad for us. It is the responsibility of human to implement the laws of God in his society. So, in Islam, Democracy is kufar. It is a shirk. Because in Democracy, "Parliament" has right to pass or reject any law whether it is against to Islamic Sharia or not. As we can see that assemlies in this democratic system have passed many anti-islamic laws like interest (Banking), insurance, stock markets and many other laws against Islamic Sharia'a.
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 2, Al Baqara, Verse 275
"Those who eat Riba will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytan leading him to insanity. That is because they say: "Trading is only like Riba,'' whereas Allah has permitted trading and forbidden Riba. So whosoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Riba, shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allah (to judge); but whoever returns (to Riba), such are the dwellers of the Fire ـ they will Abide therein."
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 33, Al Ahzaab, Verse 36
"It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error."
In Islam, besides Allah, no one has the right to make laws. The Parliament and Senate who have authority to make law have no actuality in Islam. No form of democracy is perfect either it is parliamentary democracy or presidential democracy. It is kufar either it is Western democracy or a democracy with a label of Islamic democracy. Because it gives authority of making laws to people. Democracy in any form has no value in Islam. So, to support or participate in any democratic system is prohibited in Islam without any doubt.
False struggle for imposition of Islamic Sharia'a by Democracy:
It is a fact that muslims have emotional love for Islam. So they want an Islamic system in world. But today, due to false propaganda of media and enemies of Islam against Islamic Sharia'a they have many misconceptions. They understand Islamic Caliphate, a state of terrorism or something else. Therefore they do favour of democratic system and consider it a last hope for the solution of humanity. Some of them believes that democracy cant replace the Islamic System but according to them it is so difficult to establish an Islamic Caliphate. They don't want to oppose the democratic system. They believes in that "Imposition of Islamic Sharia'a by Democracy" can be possible. But in fact it is impossible.
Introduction of "Shariat Bill" is also like this false struggle. Because, first of all there is no need of voting for imposition of Islamic Sharia'a. Secondly, orders of Sharia'a are not under the choise of majority. Suppose, In this case, today majority of people is in the favour of Sharia'a. But when some people will feel un comfortable, they can introduce a "Non-Shariat Bill". It is like to make fun of Islamic Sharia'a. It is not the imposition of Islamic Sharia'a but that of democracy. No one has authority to reject the laws of Sharia'a.
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 5, Al Maydah, Verse 49
"And so judge between them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they turn you far away from some of that which Allah has sent down to you."
When constitution of any state gives authority to people to make laws of their own will it is a non-islamic state whether punishment of a theif is to cut hand in such state. Because islamic state is the state in which constitution is made on the basis of teachings of Quran and Authentic Hadiths. And the source of all laws will be the Word of God (Quran).
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 59, Al Hashar, Verse 7
"When the Prophet (SAWS) gives you something, take it and when he refrains you from anything, keep yourselves away from it."
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 4, Al Nisa, Verse 65
"But no, by your Lord, they can have no faith, until they make you judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission."
Islamic Caliphate is the only state for which we find arguments from Islam. Which is totally opposite to democratic state, because in an Islamic Caliphate only Allah has the supreme authority in true sense. Power of making law belongs to Allah. No one has the authority to reject the law of God even the cailiph of state is unable to do it.
Allah says in Quran, Chapter 28, Al Qasas, Verse 50
"But if they do not respond to you - then know that they only follow their [own] desires. And who is more astray than one who follows his desire without guidance from Allah? Verily, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people."
Democracy is a governing style of western civilization and muslims should reject this. Allah has chosen for muslims only the Islamic Caliphate.
Election or Voting:
As far as election or voting is concerned, it is only a style to select a person for performing a specific job. Islamic Sharia'a permits such kind of selection but within the boundary of Sharia'a. For example the selection of a monitor or representative of a class. Similarly, the selection of representative of "Majlis e Shoora" or the selection of Caliph can be done by it. It is the duty of Caliph to impose the laws of God in society and Caliph is also under the laws of God. So election or votiong itself is not haraam in Islam but when this style is adopted in a democratic system it is also haraam.
As we have seen all facts about Democracy, it is a form of non-Islamic government. It is not permissible for any muslim to participate in such kind of voting or election because by doing this his representative sitting in the Parliament will make laws himself, which is a shirk (to associate partner with Allah). So in a democratic system voting is haraam.
Our Creater knows well that what is good and what is bad for us. So we have to obey our Creater in any condition, if we want to become succeed in this world and hereafter. For this purpose, there is a need to establish an Islamic State (Khilafat) where every law will be according to the order of Creater. Which He has sent down (Quran) for our guidance. We have to speed up the struggle to establish Islamic Khilafat. This is only the solution for us.
