Towel ke ird gird bareek plastic ki sheet lapat dein aur iss par garam pani ki botal rakh dein. Uper halka sa wazan bhi rakhein take kuch dabao bhi pare. Neem garmi se pathon (muscles) ka ainthan kam ho gi.

3- Agar app ko ye andaza na ho ke dard ke liye baraf behtar hai ya garmi to phir dono tareeke ikhtayar karein. Aadha ghanta baraf ki takoor aur phir atni hi dair garmi. Ye amal dohrate rahein.

4- Dukhti huye kamar phelane se bhi afaqa hota hai. Khun ke phathon ko sakoon milta hai.
