This oil is called Sebum; it is one of the main causes of acne. Pores quantity is very high in our body and it should be in normal condition. We should have clear pores. Acne is an inherit disorder of the pores. Pores are opening through when sweat is released. A pimples form when the excess sebum and dead cells clog up and block the opening of the pore, it is called white head. Is liye hawai aamd-o-raft ke liye masamaat ka normal halat mein rehna bohat zaroori hai. Hawa insan ke aitraaf mein maujood hoti hai. ایک بہت اچھی تحریر جسے پڑھنے میں صرف دو منٹ لگیں گے۔ دوستو چینی اور جاپانی لوگ اپنے کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پیتے ھیں۔ اس وجہ سے وھاں دل کی بیماریاں نہ ھونے کے برابر ھیں۔ شاید اب وقت آ چکا ھے، کہ ھم بھی کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پینا شروع کر دیں۔ بلاشبہ کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینا اچھا لگتا ھے، لیکن ٹھنڈا پانی پینے سے کھانے میں موجود چکنائی جم جاتی ھے، جسکی وجہ سے کھانا ھضم کرنے کا عمل سُست ھو جاتا ھے۔ اور جب یہ چکنائی جسم میں موجود ایسڈ کے ساتھ ملن کے بعد intestine کے ساتھ جم جاتی ھے۔ اور پھر آخر کار ھارٹ اٹیک یا سرطان کی صورت اختیار کر لیتی ھے۔ لہذا کھانے کے ساتھ گرم پانی اور سوپ پینا بہتر ھے۔
